Do Phanteks products come with a warranty?
Yes, all Phanteks cases, power supplies, and cooling products come with a limited warranty ranging from 2 to 12 years depending on the specific product category.
What is your return policy for PC components?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that opened software or products with signs of installation may be subject to a restocking fee.
Are Phanteks cases compatible with all motherboard sizes?
Most of our mid-tower and full-tower cases support ATX, Micro-ATX, and Mini-ITX. Specific models like the Enthoo series also support E-ATX and dual-system configurations.
