Return Process

  Contact our support team or visit our online portal with your order number and serial number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original box with all included accessories and manuals, ensuring it is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

  Shipping and Labeling

  Affix the provided RMA label to the outside of the package and ship it to our designated service center via a trackable shipping method.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch a replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
